As a former credit repair and budgeting specialist, Alan has a true passion for helping people get their finances in order before purchasing a home. He carried that knowledge into the mortgage industry, becoming a mortgage broker in 2019. He used that budgeting and credit experience to help dozens of families improve their credit scores and get their finances in better shape to truly be able to afford their new homes.

Alan loves to educate. He was a theater performer in high school, leading to a long-lasting love of being in front of people, making people laugh, and adding educational value to their lives. This trickles down to individual buyers and sellers too! Alan's ultimate goal is to make sure you complete your transaction with more knowledge about the industry than when you started.

Alan has lived on the West side of Colorado Springs for 10 years and has been very active in local groups and activities throughout that time. Through this, he has built a large network of professionals that can be called on at a moments notice for just about anything needed.

Outside of the real estate industry, you are likely to find Alan at the bowling alley, on the golf course, or playing bass guitar at church on Sunday mornings.
